Ok so this is how it goes. I'm 24 years now and I have interest in chess since my 18 but could never study and play chess consistently due to intrusive thoughts and deep thinking. It was frequent loosing due to time when I used to play. Im smart but not a genius and I frequently try to visualize more scenarios than my brain can consume causing me overload. Has anyone suffered something similar and found a way to play not being harmed by this mental conditions?

I haven't heard people assert that chronically losing on time is evidence of a mental condition.

You haven't played any games at all here yet, so no one can look at your play and see the kinds of positions where you spend too much time.

Why don't you just play 100 games and see how it goes?
