It helped me get over my break of 10 years rather quickly, and it continues to challenge me to a great extent.
I was off for 18 years (1991-2009). Chess.com is definitely useful for getting back into form, though I think bullet chess might be doing damage :).
I was out of it my entire life, until I came here. Still don't know much.

Hello Chess.com. I am new to this website and community. I haven't played chess for 20 years. Having played the computer a couple of times and a couple of low rated players, I fear I have made the wrong choice as the number of basic errors on my part has brought me back to beginner level. Oh dear, have I made the right choice ....
