To be honest, I started hearing worse after years of listening to loud music.

Listening to music at high volumes or for long periods can damage your hearing by stressing the sensitive structures of your ears and causing noise-induced hearing loss or tinnitus.

According to my recent tests at Audiology Island, it seems that my hearing isn't as sharp as it used to be. It's made me reflect on how I might have neglected my hearing in the past, not fully appreciating the simple joys of everyday sounds. It's a wake-up call for me to take better care of my hearing moving forward. I'm determined to explore solutions and make necessary changes to preserve my hearing health for the future
