Is it possible to exclude Russian players from the opponents base you are paired with? Don’t want to play Russians. And yes, I know not not all Russians support the war. But hard to tell…

If you delete your account it will prevent any Russians from playing with you

This is extremely racist. Russian people are nice. If you're refering to the political thing that we can't talk about here, well the people in that country didn't ask for that. Imagine if your country's leader said something wrong, will that be your fault ?

However there are many examples: Russians being banned entering with visas in several countries, Wimbledon banning Russian tennis players, director Gergiev cancelled, etc. Even chess.com hiding the flag. Yes, many Russiand are against war, but on the other hand many sustain it and voted for the leader.
