I recently played in a Chess Congress in UK and asked the Arbiter his thoughts on Hans Nieman on whether he could one day challenge for the world chess championships, he paused and smiled and said , sadly "NO" stating that he didn't think he could qualify and win the candidates to challenge because there are too many tough young players now stronger as well as the present steadfasts such likes as Hikaru, Caruana and until he has a major change in his beliefs his chances are very slim?!
