I would say, no, at this point you're not being targeted. But... if this person contacts you again, that would be harassment. Posting in the forums accomplishes nothing. Reporting the persons name and a screenshot to a mod or staff member might lead to better results.

I can't help but ask, are these sentences written by the same person? The ones after the first sentence?

This is not correct. You are not the attorney present for this case, and can't 100% claim the end output ahead of time. But in my experience, the person that is the thread author of this will get a heavy lawsuit.

EDIT: A screenshot is not proof, nor is it considered to file a report unless you are actually in person with valid ID (i.e., Social Security Number etc.).

Depends on " how thick your skin is".

Some people are quite sensitive.

Sometimes the attack is too much that it goes beyound your skin.
