I didn't see a player with more than 20 characters in his username in your recently played list. There is one with 20 and I was able to block it with no issue.
Is it a bug?

I just tried to block a player because of an unpleasant exchange with him during a game and I realized that the text box has a max character set to 20 characters and the user's id was actually longer than 20 characters. So I can not block him.
I can provide the player's id if you want. But I just could not enter his id into the text box for blocking players.
