I don't think there is a way, short of using a search engine and some kind of wild-card search.
Here is what I tried on Google and seems like it works:
site:chess.com /members/view/ Birthday:*1964
Member's search for year of birth
Sort:

You probably already thought of this but I would verify any account you find via that method has actually been on recently.

Prbobably you could make it not 64 but 60s so you could find more members
How can i simply find the members who are born in 1964?
I have founded a group and would like to invite members.
