New Features & Fixes - July 16th, 2008

We released some new code today :) Here is what we did:

- COOL! Added the ability to put games, videos, and other rich content on your profile! (you can see my profile here: www.chess.com/members/view/erik) - NOTE: this is a Premium Feature

- Many many many fixes to Game Explorer

- Upgraded the editor for leaving messages and writing articles (the thing I'm writing in now!) including fixed spellcheck, backspacing, etc

- Tons of misc fixes and performance tweaks

hmm I think the emoticons thing is broken.

Doesnt seem to for me.  I've tried skipping the cache too.  I probably just need to close the window and open it again.  I'll report back :)

I have a new question:

What's a youtube video ID and where is it found? 

let's say this is the URL: http://youtube.com/watch?v=cyQoTGdQywY , then the ID is the thing after the = => cyQoTGdQywY

this isn't the ideal way to insert video, but it's the quickest one we could get done ;)
