Playing Pools

Greetings chess people! I have been playing chess on this account for about 78 days, and have established myself as a member of the chess.com community. I have participated in the forums, I have gained friends, and I have played many games. I got into a playing pool with other respectful players - or so I thought. I have played many nice (and strong), players - including titled and premium players. I thought that this indicated that I was in a nice playing pool, but I have noticed a lot of verbal abuse from opponents recently. I haven’t done anything to hurt my standing on chess.com (like abandoning games or starting verbal abuse) and I am still playing titled and premium players. So, I am confused about how these playing pools work. Are people still separated into different pools based on usage, age of account, and respectfulness - or are playing pools determined by something else (and how does that work)?

In general, everyone is open to play everyone else, as long as the seeks are compatible. There is a poor sportsmanship pool but members in the regular pool can, on occasion, be abusive. If you run across them, report them.
