Anyone know if there is a way to start a game with a specific set up? Or perhaps to start one with certain pieces already removed?

Setup a position with the analysis board (Learn -> Analysis).
Copy the FEN string.
Paste the FEN into a Daily or Live challenge.

You can also create challenges based on book openings.
