The premium membership is definitely worth it, I have said this since I purchased it. I recommend the Diamond Membership, because it's unlimited everything, and only 12.00 dollars a month. Chess Mentor, Computer Analysis (Although not perfect), Tactics Trainer, and detailed Stats. Are more than worth the money, I smoke so it's about three packs of cigarettes a month for me.

i'm not happy with just 3 tactics trainer exercises a day. using the tactics trainer as often as you want is really a great help for improvement.
