No they come as read.

I have had a few messages like that, generally they go away in about an hour or so
then what is wrong?

I need help I erased my history doing chess problems because it was stuck and I didnt go and erase my cache so now I would like for chess.com to help me Any one out there who can help me?

Hello chessers have you noticed that when you've read all messages,and you go to another page the messages you've read will come as unread.Is the same thing happening to you?
