I think you'll find Reb has a rather easy time backing up the fact that he's got a block in place -- you're mock accusation is of a different nature altogether. I think it's quite a stretch to construe naming someone you've blocked as abuse, but an accusation of cheating (mock or otherwise) quite clearly is.
