Martin thanks for your reply to this situation. I’ve been waiting for a reply since the June 16 ….what’s worrying me is that I might end up paying for a diamond membership gift that was not intended. Soon I will be receiving my energy bill , and the money lost on that diamond membership gift that was inadvertently sent, is not going to help me pay this bill .

   Wolly, notify your bank that you do not want a recurring annual situation because the situation changes every yr.

It is a bit suspicious that pretty much any post that mentions cheating or religion is instantly shutdown.  But other 'offenses' dont seem to get the urgency.

If you ask me , I think this site has been going down hill lately, with regards to customer service, it’s almost as if they don’t care about it anymore .

    If you purchased with Pay-Pal.....  their filter doesn't know the difference between a 1-time purchase,  and a recurring annual subscription. The date creeps up on you. If you have insufficient funds,....my bank hits me with an overdraft fee. I've done it with Drum Channel.com

When you say "messages", what do you mean?

If you want help from customer service/ billing , you need to use the "Contact Us" form, and choose billing.

Gifts are always one-time and do not automatically renew.

My experience with customer service is that sometime they reply like reopening my account but other time they never reply like once i praise a website(not lichess) saying that there analysis is better than chess.com.

I think this situation of not replying is rampant even on Facebook and Instagram. Infact out of 10 messages i sent i get reply on only one messages.And that's actually between who studied in institution together.  There is something sexy that they want to enjoy themselves  without sharing it to others.

I used the contact form , which shows a list of seven categories to choose from. Billing & Membership was not on that list, which it should have been . I had to search further to find it . I would like to know why Billing & Membership was not on that list of seven categories. It shouldn’t have been necessary for me to search further .

Billing and Membership should show there if you have the right URL. 

 

That said, check your email if you haven't. Staff say they have contacted you.

Comments about them having something sexy they won't share is exactly the kind of thing they don't know how to reply to, so they don't.

@justbefair, i think you misunderstood my last paragraph. My last sentence in my last paragraph is no way related to any sentence in both the paragraph. Also it does not not come at face value.
