I'm aware of blocks by the following people; Windows, Neff, woodshover, atudor, and Karl; perhaps you can work out some sort of timeshare with one of them?

There's a reason that just anyone can't be a forum mod and this is it. If you were a mod you'd be removed immediately for behavior like that. The entire point of the blocking feature is to stop people from harrasing you AND NOT ANYTHING ELSE. Although you can block anyone it is just bad form to use it in other way.
I've been on here an entire year longer than you and have blocked like 5 people and I don't even remember who they are. And I actually post on the public forums. I don't know what the heck you could be doing to actually have a list of people to block but something aint' right there.
