I read that the worst HL problem in the USA/T's is Seattle, Washington. They say it's kinda a phenomonen up there. Liberal laws & alotta govt land & no hard flushing out seems to be the issue.
Tho' I read that the biggest contributor to Seattle is San Francisco as they cracked down really hard and chased them all up to Seattle (whack-a-mole ?) which has grown in droves w/ an epidemic opiate crisis. It's reported that it's all about the Fentanyl. Up there they say F is 70 times more potent and 70 times cheaper and that the Seattle Police spend mosta their time dealing w/ that.

fentanyl , is this a pharmacy product ? it sounds like one ,if so couldn't the pharmacy company either stop making the stuff or do something to its ingredients so it isn't so highly addictive and so potent ?
tackle the issue at its roots , take on the companies who are making this product , and you may see this drug epidemic it is causing lessen

There is a tournament at the foundry in San Francisco that was free last year. It’s $30 now for tickets. I work at a grocery store. I want to support the venue and go with some friends but we also want to get drunk and eat. Looks like we’ll just get drunk before we enter and in between rounds, outside.
