What does the button at the bottom right corner in daily games do? (SOLVED)

The one I marked in a red circle.

I tried clicking on it and it switches among these tool tips when hovering the mouse on it

  • Stay on this game
  • Go to my next available game
  • Game List

The icon changes as well… But I don't  see these possibilities doing anything at all

Any thoughts?

When you make a move in a Daily game if it set to Stay on this game it will do that. Move to next available game will immediately load a new game page after making your move, and the last option will load your game list immediately after instead.

You can set the default method in your settings. I believe that just toggles it for the session, though I could be wrong on that.

Thanks Martin_Stahl. I was expecting some effect after clicking on the next/previous game arrows with different states for this option. But now it's clear to me that it is about what happens inmediately after a move is made. My mistake.

Hi folks, I revive this old topic to mention that I noticed that this button doesn't seem to exist anymore, at least running the website from a Desktop PC. It was useful... I hope chess.com brings it back.

I see this button with Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.

Is your browser updated? Can you post a screenshot?

Hi, after I've read what you said, I reduced the Zoom in Google Chrome and effectively, the button is there. I'm using a CRT 14' monitor with a 1024x768 resolution so it was just out of sight. Thanks for the feedback, the problem is solved
