what do you mean by stricter moderation?
The question was not addressed to me but still: a penalty for breaking the Community Policy must be inevitable. There should not be cases like "just dont reply and this thread will become history", etc despite the fact that the thread has already violated the Policy.
Improve network/session state handling in browser. Examples:
1) After my chess.com tab was idle for a while, a "you're disconnected" popup appears, but I'm able to queue a new game and play it. But I need to close the inaccurate pop-up manually
2) If I have multiple game tabs open after showing a game to someone, and I start a new game, I get game sound from multiple tabs. And it's just weird
(That's the Chrome on Windows experience)
Another issue:
I would replace "in the next X-X days" with "in the next month"

I'd give unlimited puzzles to free members. Maybe not puzzle battles or whatever, but the basic puzzles at least I think should not be limited.

But I like chess.com's setup, and I would rather stick to one platform. If "try lichess" is the answer then lichess is probably better for chess than chess.com, which seems like something that the administration of chess.com might want to fix, hence I mentioned it in the first place.

I would like someone to periodically explain the planned adjustments being made to various parts of chess.com, and the currently planned for/ hoped for timetable of such changes. Occasional updates from the developers would be greatly appreciated.
For example, the nightly deluge of call girl/gummy spam seems to have recently been handled after plaguing the forum for years. What a relief! And my thanks to the developers!! Was this something that was extremely difficult or did it just take that long to get to the top of the developers priority lists?

I would like to see a full time or even part time community manager for the forums that actively sets the tone for posting. Not a mod. A professional with a degree in communications and/or organizational development who has a background in community management.
