This thread is the best.
The worst is when the site is down & I have to play lil' chess partner.
For me the best is the friends i make, and the old friends i see again at a tournament.
The worst...poor sportsmanship, and people that just flat out refuse to resign no matter how poor there position is.
hmmm. best times were making friends, joining groups, chat, playing for fun
worst times: i hate those people who don't give up no matter how bad their position or behind they are in material. it makes me so annoyed, i dont even wanna think about it
I was extremely happy when I made it into the top bloggers list.
Congrats to u,philidor-position !
.. I din kow there was a Top Bloggers List, tho.
I hate it when opponents of far lower rating use their chess coaches or parents (who tend to be better than them) to do the best move for them....
chess.com saved my life (twice)
Really ? .. How ?
I'm guessing that he's joshin' you a little bit (Las Vegas + Liverpool = trouble). We've been trying to work with him, but this keeps happening...and then we discover we like it, so...what can you do?
Ok ,Tnx a lot for d info .. ( don really know what u mean tho but nvmind.)

.. They do ? ... but how wld u know that ?
My best experience was when I was new to the site and playing a long, hard-fought game with a fellow who hung his Queen. I offered to let him take his move back, but we found out he couldn't. The gesture got me invited to The Circle of Trust, a great club. My worst experience was the first fellow who cussed me out for beating him.
Best experiences: worsening my game with Chess Mentor, The Royal Spam Society
Worst experiences: Live Chess lag/disconnections, which has put me off using it

yes!....that is a hopeless feeling!
Yeah, it's kinda like having to face that vortex thingie in the Star Trek with Joan Collins. Your ride back home has just disappeared out of the sky (and now you're stuck having to go back in time looking for some ranting drugged-out nut who keeps laughing about sewing people up with needles and thread).
That "vortex thingie" was pretty conceited about it's place in the universe
So What's that one Nice/Memorable thing that Anyone has done/said to u ,in ur Chessing Experience here that have made u Smile/Very Happy ?
.. or on d Contrary,What's d Worst one that made u kinda Annoyed/Sad ?
(no need to mention Names, tho ..)
.. juz to share ...
