Why are my points not reimbursed?

Hello. I hate to be this guy, but I recently played a game against a cheater, and since then neither the cheater has been repremended nor my rating points reimbursed! The player's name is smoked_mackerel, he played with 99.8 percent accuracy the second game we played, the first one he lost horribly! So if a GM complains of cheating the other guy gets banned instantly! Chess.com should in my humple opinion ban everyone instantly if they have accuracy rating over 99.8 and are not a titled player! Going by "case to case" basis is not very efficient, considering the overwhelming inflow of games played, and sore losers reporting not cheating players of cheating because they cannot afford diomond subscription to analyse every game they play.
