If you are always losing it means that your rating is higher than it should be. If you keep playing more your ratings will stabilize and your win rate should be normal again

Try recheck if your opponent can make your situation worse (capture a hanging piece, fork you, do a discovered check that make your situation worse, checkmate you, etc). Also be aware of your opponent's plan or what they can plan
