Well its simple. When an item starts selling, the owner thinks that if he can increase the price, his profit will go up. If the item doesn't sell at all you need to change your marketing stategy. And of course some ''free" items or services are just a way to get a customer for a more valuable deal.Or to get a ''friend'' who can provide some kind of help when the situation arises.
The real question is why do poeple want more money in the first place? I sure you can provide your own answer to this question.

In my short life of 56 years, I've found that the people who criticize capitalism don't understand capitalism. It is because of capitalism we have the living standard that we do. It becomes unfair when govts. get involved and some people/companies/corporations get unfair advantages. People need to understand that the "wealth pie" can alwaysget bigger allowing more and more people to get a slice or obtain a larger slice. Don't fret over what others have, if you want it, earn it yourself. Too, ask yourself, "Do these people own their possessions or do their possessions own them?"

What is unfair , what is fair ? fair for whom? here is the debate starting years ago when a guy slept watching shpeherds, and another worked hard to give food for all family , during father Adam and Mother Eve worked hard nightand day to create humans.
Cain, the guy who was the only to feed the cat, Mom, Dad, nad brother, killed everybody. Why ?
He tought life was unfair.
Another example : defeat is unfair ! so Roman Empire said :"Vae Victis",
today American youth says : poor enemy, let's have some compassion for it. INCREDIBLE secondary effect of prohibited substances ???? No rational explanation to this Stockholmsyndrom extended to a whole youth: HISTORICAL MOMENTS.

really? if i work for something and I get it that's not fair; but if I work for something, I get it and the government takes it away and gives it to someone that didn't work for it, that is fair in your world, right trysts?
