Blues all the way
I like the graffiti board pieces on a metal board, with coordinates on the outside. For me, it's easy to distinguish and I like the style. Maybe it's just me but the 3d pieces are very unappealing to me. (:

my favorite board theme on chess.com is pieces=> wood Board Theme=> Dark Wood
Neo pieces, icy sea board
The dark wood and walnut themes look pretty good, with the NEO pieces
Club pieces purple board.
Neo pieces with the icy sea board theme. Classic pieces with a the brown board also works well in my opinion.
