Rh1+ wins a rook. White is not promoting for now at least. His most advanced pawn is on c5, that pawn is passed and might be a source of counterplay for black but it can probably be stopped at some point.
Best move?

But he has some 10 minute games, all in the last 9 days, and a few blitz games. Perhaps he registered long time ago, not played a single game and now came back. But I see your point, who knows.

It's an account with no games and no posts for 8 years... suddenly asking a ridiculous question.
Who are you talking about?

Who knows, maybe he was confused about the side of the board and he thinks that white has 3 pawns about to promote. That is the only plausible explanation in case he wasn't joking around or something.

Who knows. There are so many different people in this topic it could be.
I guess it will forever be a mystery.
Well, if we went by the player who hasn't played any recorded games on their account for the longest period of time, that would be you.
I mean, maybe you're right. I'm just... suspicious.
The OP has been playing a decent number of chess games over the past few days and is sub 600. At that rating players make all sorts of mistakes and give away pieces while missing even ideas such as recapturing the piece right next to them. This kind of mistake is believable to me.

What is the best move? Bllack to play.
The book (Yasser) says Rh1+. I'm wondering why, because it allows white to promote to Queen.
On the other hand, I was going the safe position to avoid this position and go Rxc5.
By the way, in case you would like to improve but are not sure how to do it, read this if you have the time:

It helped me to play a bit better, and it still serves me well.
