Bot ELO accuracy?

If I can beat an 800 ELO bot but lose to the 1000 Sapnap one, does that mean my ELO is around 800?

No. Not really. Bots play weird. Best way to find your elo is to play people. I've beaten 1800 level bots but I'm only playing in the 1600s at the moment.
I've just started and I'm consistently beating Maria (1000) will my initial rating of 400 increase automatically or do I have to do something specific?

Your rating is only impacted if you play rated games against humans.

No. Bots (especially lower level bots) are overrated compared to humans of the same rating.
