Bots ratings accuracy

The lower rated Bots make stupid mistakes. The higher ranked bots have a more appropriate rating because it is hard to program human errors on a beginners level
I'm an up and down relatively slow moving, 30 minute game, 800 range player. I've started playing higher ranked Bots in the 1000/1100 range to try and improve. So far I'm beating them but some of the games go past 30 minutes. Are the Bots accurately rated? Lately I'm having more trouble beating players in the 800/900 range.
