Stop playing bullet and blitz. Play long 30 min time controls so you can have time to think about your moves. Doing so helps you analyze what you're doing. I have had the same issue as you. You are doing better than I am and you only have played 900 games. That is not bad for being rapid 1000. I'm at 750 just now moving up and finally starting to improve. What helped was grinding puzzles. Spend a good 2 weeks doing mostly puzzles. It helps your brain adapt and see what you could be missing. It also demonstrates common check mate patterns and ideas you can use in game. There are also cheap or free coaches on here willing to help. It all comes down to bad habits. Bad habits cause you to blunder.

Girl.. give http://chess.com/4-player-chess

..a try!

This other link is a thread that I made explaining how it's very efficient for increasing your standard skills you already have. I used to only play this, it's so much fun but they then lmao updated with a ridiculous way the pieces move, like as if ice skating and that does suck, I wish yes they'd go back to the normality each move, but other than that it's still an amazing game more way more fun than simple standard. You can thank me later, you're going to love 4player if yet have played. 😂
