Judging by your graph you've worked your way up from about 320, that's a nice improvement 😀 What I usually do is analyse my lost games and hopefully I can spot my mistakes and play better next time. It depends what you want to improve on, for example, after analysing some of your games you might see that you're strong in the middle game but struggle in the end game, those are the kind of things that I look for in my own games and if I can improve on them I try too, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't but I hope that's making me a better player in the long term. The puzzles might be worth doing as well, some of them are quite easy but others are a nightmare, it's all good practice.
Finally reached 1200 in rapid

I just reached 1200 in rapid, and I want to ask if there's anything I should do to improve at chess.
You need to do more puzzles judging by your profile, but other than that just focus on building your general knowledge of chess, look at some endgames, regular tactics to be familiar with etc. if you want to get past 1200 the best things I recommend focusing on is you need to start punishing more blunders that you're missing(puzzles), blundering less yourself (self awareness, pay more attention to your opponents pieces and ideas) and do your best to convert all your completely won games. Other than that you got to 1200 really quick! I'm sure you'll figure it out!

Good job reaching 1200.
One look at your profile, you have virtually 0 games analyzed (even if your opponent does it the game shows up as analyzed on your account), so that's where I'd start.
Even in the game that you reached 1200, 1 e3 followed by 2 e4 is simply a free tempo for black by move 2. Questions like "what can i do to improve" are way too broad.
Puzzles can help a lot, you're playing against the clock and it's not always clear what you're supposed to do, to solve it correctly is it mate in x amount of moves or are you playing for material advantage? I think that by doing puzzles regularly you will be able to see those quickly and take advantage of your opponents weakness. The puzzles also punish you heavily if you get it wrong, hopefully that's a good incentive to think it through before you make a move making you a much stronger player. When you analyse your lost games, flip the board and look at it from your opponents point of view, that could also help you spot your own mistakes and see how your opponent was able to take advantage of your weaknesses.

1. e3 was a misclick, I only played 2. e4 because I know basically nothing about the Van't Kruijs opening, so I decided to play 2. e4 to make it into something that at least looks kinda familiar.
Because I don't have premium I only review the games that look like will be helpful, like games where I get completely destroyed or just games that I felt have very good moves. I'm not sure what to do with the analysis tho.

If you ever do get the chance and you can purchase premium even for just a month I highly recommend it, there's thousands of lessons by GMs, IMs, NMs etc (video/read and solve) that cover every aspect of the game (openings, tactics, strategy, positional chess, bad bishops good bishops, attacking the castled and uncastled king, rook endgames, minor piece endgames, advanced tactics, checkmate patterns and tons of lessons about pawns and pawn structures the list goes on ) and will definitely help you progress faster and more effectively if you put in the time. I was around 1200-1300 for a little while and not until I started doing the lessons and putting in a little more study time did I get up to my 1650+ peak. Dropped since though got sick and kept playing and losing my elo lmao back on the grind anyway.
