One tip for daily games is to use the Notes feature, which is available in the browser app. I don't think it's there on the mobile app, though.
Very often, I'll "rewind" all the moves right back to the start of the game and then step forwards through them to remind myself about what happened previously.
When I first started to play a lot of daily games on chess.com, I've encountered a problem with a game plan. For example - today I've made a brilliant plan how to overcome opponent in one game, made a first move and then moved to other 20+ games. Opponent replied only day later, and now I've no idea what was the meaning behind my first initial move. I have to spend time and "brain power" to re-analyze position again. But could I find this inspiration again this time or it will end in blunder? Who knows!
After a couple of losses and close matches I've decided to follow one simple rule:
"Use personal notices that are available in the interface of this very engine!!!"
Before making a move I'm writing down all my concerns: possible checks, captures, threats - both from me and from the opponent, and if I couldn't see one best move right away - I write all candidates down too. And then let it simmer for a while (from 5 minutes up to 1 day depending on my schedule). After making a move, I try to describe in notices my own notion. What I'm trying to achieve or prevent? What my next move should be? Where, on which step, should I re-analyze game? It really helps to remind your future self, who will open a game after several days and (possibly) hundred of other moves, what was the idea and general plan.
Try to discipline youself and put at least a couple of notes for the future
It would really help you!
