I dont understand this puzzle move
Sort:
The rook and plays d8+ to get out of the pin by whites rook on d1. After ke2 black can take the bishop.

Puzzle, black to move.
First move is supposed to be d8 (in red).
That is "quite" obvious if you know that the next white move is ke2.
Unfortunately I dont get it
But why would the king go e2 and not elsewhere ? (For instance if king c2)
