Sorry I’m trying to do this on a phone and it’s not working is it 😤😤😤

At your level castle as soon as possible. Also play a bit more quietly early on. For example 4. 0-0 would have been better than 4. Ng5.
At this level play smooth by gettting your pieces out, castling and be ready to pounce on the bot's blunders.

You shouldnt be overloaded against the bot because there is no time controls. Take 5 minutes a move if you have to. Speed chess is something you become better at after you've mastered slow chess.
Before each move go peice by peice. Both yours and theirs and ask what is the danger.
The idea is to pick what's called a candidate move. One you pick a move you think works, it becomes I take, they take, I take they take.
It will come with practice.

My mental checklist is fairly simple, but for beginners it works well.
1) Are my pieces safe? Am I about to make a move that will lose a piece for one of lesser value?
2) My opponent has plans too. Why did he just move there? Is he attacking something? Did he, for instance, put a rook behind his knight so that when the knight moves my queen is attacked? (Looking even two moves ahead like this will immensely improve your game).
3) Is my move going to improve my position in any way? Will I gain space or make a threat or set up a checkmating position or restrict the movement of his pieces?
4) Have I developed all my pieces before moving the queen all over the place?
5) Did he just make a mistake, or is he planning something?
