ok he means that beginners think that
this position is winnable because they think
that this can happen and white will win with king takes king
but that this is illegal and "the kings will stay in their castles"
and cant take each other because "they cant move very far"
like in xiangqi lol
so basically he thinks this is like xiangqi where the kings cant leave a 3x3 box but thats false
