how is that even possible?

No, you are not shitty, maybe just tired. I would suggest doing tactics, and you will get back on the game

I can get you results in less time (if you are interested in the game)

I just took a 5 day break and I feel much sharper and I play better, maybe take a longer break?

in my own case, not really relevant to the break length; one day I'm focused, reaching 1100; next day my mind isn't there and I fall to 900's. I'm not sure where the problem lies niether.

Not how it works, the rating is more accurate if you have played more games. About 30 games is an accurate enough rating, it depends though like if GMs are the only people that played on chess.com their average rating perhaps are 1200. Days are not games.

Don't expect to reach your peak performance immediately after a break. Set realistic goals and focus on steady improvement.
