Maybe play Blackmar diemer and french defence
If you can't find a tactical shot, don't spend too much time as it will lead to time trouble. Just improve the position of your worse piece.
that one guy has plateau'ed at 1100 for over 27 years. he still plays every single day.

May I ask why you like dogs?
Your problem is time management on the black side. You almost always lose as black and the two games I looked at one you lost on time in a 15 minute game and the other you got checkmated with 20 seconds left and the opponent had over one and a half minutes left.
