I know how frustrating it is to lose to low rated players, but it's time for you to turn the tables around! I'll teach you the difference between a bad and a good move. I can definitly help you go from 200 elo to at least 1000 QUICKLY. ( And above if you put the extra efforts) Follow only some of the tips that I will give you and you're gonna thank me later !

Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
This little mental discipline will get you to 1500.
As long as you hang pieces and pawns all the rest is in vain.

That's pretty well said, you def need some mental discipline in every cases
