why can’t I get out of 100 Elo.

Playing speed chess is not the best way to improve, especially if you are a novice player.
Some people can do it, but most of us can't.
As for playing against the bots, again not the way to improve either. Bots do not play like humans.
You need to play longer games, then try to draw some conclusions from those games, to find your mistakes, at the very least blunders at the beginning, and you need to learn about chess along with it.

The reason why bots are better to play with than humans at your level is because bots move instantaneously and bot games aren't timed giving you enough time to think and develop strategy rather than playing like caveman see, cavemen take. Do keep in mind that bots don't use the same strategy as humans but they're decent for developing basic strats.

If you are not playing at least 10 minute games, that is your problem. Playing fast games is just playing perfection. Google the game from the 70s and play it instead of chess.

Playing against bots is completely different than playing against humans, and the desired effect will be very limited, if any.
Especially these lower level bots novice players can compete against play nonsensical moves. Those bots will play ok, then you will attack its piece with a pawn and the bot will not react or they will move the king left and a few moves later, they will move it right while the game is opening up in front of them. It is pretty much like they purposely want to lose the game. People rarely play like that.
I know why novice players choose to play against bots. It is because they do not wish to lose the game. But they have to lose games, and not a small amount either, if they seek improvement.
Much more effective for him is to play longer games against human opponents, where he has time to think. If he has the time, he could play 60|0 games. If he doesn't enjoy those games, 15|10 is probably the minimum.

I've got a book called How to Beat Your Dad at Chess. I'm finding that very helpful. It shows 'themes' for checkmating, and has a lot of really good exercises. I'm seeing good improvements since getting that book. I think, like almost any difficult endeavour, you need to learn the theory as well as play. Good luck!

Then acknowledged opening, midgame, end game.
Then i play with bots beat them from the lowest. Try different moves even its a stupid move, lose to bot is fine.
Now just practice to win every game against 1300 bot. I win most but sometime lose to my mistakes.
Try find a bot that u feel u slightly better then it. Avoid mistakes, try different moves, dont get afraid lose to bot.
Me sometimes find 2400 bot to destory myself or see have far i can do against it.
But to analysis every game u have done.
Find your mistakes and avoid twice. Learn from the winner how and why can beat me.
I feel these useful to push myself. Now im in crystal and over 800. I feel easy to get to 800 and aiming 1000.
And im playing 30 min games. I agree dont play quick game before know why to make those moves. Process of thinking is more important than the result.
Btw how ppl get over1000 trophies in 3-4 days in league. Thats crazy.
