You keep on spamming bullet matches. You won’t be able to notice small things with that time like free pieces, hanging pawns, weaknesses(this is still important to improve even at your level), practicing blunder checking and calculation with cca(checks, captures, attacks). Calculation helps you decide which move to do. If you can’t choose between 2 candidate moves then choose the one that advances the furthest, or just choose. I calculate by checking my most forcing move and then checking for their most forcing move and if they don’t have one I will loook at a move that I would have done to defend and repeat

Learn exactly how to think in the opening, middlegame and endgame — this is what I teach.
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.

Despite your addiction to bullet and how for most people that severely limits their chess growth, you've managed to increase your rapid elo quite a lot over the last couple of months. I think you should feel good about that.

If you want faster improvement, I'd suggest sticking to rapid games, practicing your calculation skills, and reviewing every game.

You're bad because you don't know how to win psychologically. Read this post and you will be enlightened https://www.chess.com/forum/view/general/manipulation-tactics-phycological-warfare-edition-1

Because you're bad, you're bad, shamone (bad, bad, really, really bad)

You know you're bad, you're bad (bad, bad)

You know it (really, really bad)

You know you're bad, you're bad (bad, bad)

You know it, you know (really, really bad)

And the whole world has to answer right now

Just to tell you once again

Who's bad?
