Magnus Carlsen managed to get a Queen up against Age 20. I imagine 22-24 are the only ages that even make a GM stop to think. Carlsen does claim age 24 is what he uses to prepare for a tournament, so I'd imagine that is around 2700 or so.

Hey I have a question about the PlayMagnus app by Magnus Carlsen. You get to play Magnus at various ages and you get to see how strong your skill level is. I usually compete with ages 14-15 Magnus. I usually play an occasional game here, but not a lot because 90% of my time is spent Reading about chess. All I do is read read read, barely even play. However let's say you have a real 2600+ chess player. Obviously an elite grandmaster. So at what age in the Magnus app would a 2600 player be beaten? I know age 15 Magnus claims to be 2600 HOWEVER I've beaten it a few times and I don't think I'm at a 2600 level just yet. I'm only 15 myself. My ratings are low on chess.com cause I rarely play or I just go on it if I'm bored. So back to my point. I think that maybe age 22 could beat a 2600 player. Correct me if I'm wrong. What do you think?
