has the tour started yet?

The tour has started! The scarf is in Phoenix now. I have pics to post. I will do that soon... very soon.

The Scarf has visited Prague (intends to go back) and is now in Tbilisi Georgia. I will return wih pictures. 

If only we could... and get the full experience of the chess scarf... The feel of the scarf wrapped around you. The fringe is full and soft... some of the fringe is unraveled... it looks pretty cool. You can hear the chess charms jingle a bit as you walk... gotta have the real thing!! Can't wait to see the pictures, David!!

Every time I see this thread title I'm always reminded of the following record...

Will geographic preference come into play? For example, the scarf has already been photographed in Batavia, IL, a few miles from my house. Will this put the Northwest suburbs of Chicago further down the list of desired locations for the scarf to be photographed?

So... where are the pics?

Ed... ze scarf would like to be well-traveled AND be photographed with as many chess.com members as possible... so no... no preference to geographic location. At the moment we have 4 possible destinations... but only one definite address... I need to confirm the next travel spot...
