1 is idk

2 black did 2 captures and then the white rook can come there cuz smth like this

but no thats mate so put the white king and pawn 1 square down. seems legal.

3 the knights cant jump cuz the pawns and i already posted an illegal position like this

4 is spam

Graywing13

@EvinSung Nice!

@llampozhil

1 is that black had no last move - the bishop wasn't from g7 and the pawn couldn't have moved g5-g7 because then the white king would have no way to get to the eighth rank.

2 is illegal - if its black to move white has no last move, and vice versa.

ok i never spot these

my position was this:

same logic

In the previous position (#5024), which black pawn or pawns can be removed without changing the position's legality?

Ilampozhil25

e7 no since the bishop

f6 no since kg5

g6 no since kh5

f7 yes since kg6-h6 would capture the pawn and if kg6-h6 then g7-g6 then kh6 would be illegal
