Darn, you figured my trick. :P

Chessgrandmaster2001

Could someone else post the next one?

matthew_b_rook

no

Chessgrandmaster2001

okay...

lavis2013

Aside from the board being upside down, this position is impossible.

There's no way for the king to get in the corner unless the bishop moved.

There's no way for the bishop to move unless the pawns have moved.

The pawns havn't moved.

Therefore, this position is impossible.

KenyDurant

Dude, the white king 's on a8. The pawns are near their promotion square, not at their starting position. lol

Zsofia_D

Lavis2013-this position is possible only because the white pieces are on the black side. If it were not upside down then it would be impossibly because of what you said. However the pawns are on the seventh rank not the second.

Instead of 44...Bd5?? Black should have gone 44...Qd4+! With a forced mate in 4.

Otherwise, a good game.

Number 2 is legal. 1. e4 Nf6 2. d6 Nf8 3.d5 Nf6 4. Nc3

i think that it is legal

Irontiger

#1 was figured out. #2 and #3 are obviously legal (in #3 the rook moves until the knights get back to their places). White must be the one to move after #3, though, while in #2 there is d2-d4 or d2-d3-d4 for that.
