Ok then, I have always been a KG fan, plus it is absolutely fun, so yeah

I always counter the King's Gambit with 2...exf 3.Nf3 d5. Although I suspect jetfighter will play his Bishop Gambit instead 3.Bc4!

I've never really heard of 2...Nf6, what are the ideas there Samsch?

Here is my defense to the KG, which is totally fun - the Adelaide CounterGambit!

2...Nf6 is a Nimzo-style counter.

No, I honestly hate computers, I don't have an engine, and even if I did I would not use it.

My two thoughts are either Bishop's Gambit or a tounge in cheek Tartakower Gambit

Umm, will give some thought to this one, anyone else have ideas, not that I need them just want to hear what other thoughts are

well I think it is safe to make my decision now,

3. Bc4

I would move 3...Qh4+

Tartakower Gambit might not be bad.  Not as ambitious, but it has some good points!  And, you are in less theory water. 

Bc4 for the moment prevents black from protecting their extra pawn with g5.

only sane move is 4.Kf1 But no there is no Bishop sac intended, the reason is control of d5

Well that leaves me with two options Qe1 and Qf3, I honestly prefer Qf3, but Qe1 has some up points, so what do you guys think?

play 5.Nf3 I love this move  (go Christian Soldier) jk 5.Qe2 has more fight to it I dont recommend 5.Qf3 cause the knight would be better placed there.

I honestly just looked at 5. Qe2 which I agree is more active, and also feels a lot better, though for some wierd reason it is not in the Database for Master Games here on C.c

g5 seems exciting but MIGHT be premature although nothing else really catches my eye for black ...ne7 seems wierd but strangely playable.
