Beady Eye and Bowie.

Coltrane, Bill Evans, Miles Davis, Michael Brecker, Chick Corea (Acoustic Band, not a big fan of the Electric Band stuff, and I can never remember where the "k"s fit into those names), Keith Jarrett, Joe Henderson, Oscar Peterson, Coleman Hawkins, Lester Young, Ben Webster, Charlie Parker, Cannonball Adderley...

In case you can't tell, I play saxophone and piano. :/

When the game begins, Carmina Burrana. In the middlegame, Gordon Goodwin's big phat band. In the endgame, John Denver.

RUSH SUCKS!!!!

...is what I used to say until I listened to them again today. Thanks Brigatine.

I like Michael Buble....if not  Andrea Bocelli or Eros Ramazzotti.

yedddy

the dreaded 5th!!

Also, Two Steps from Hell can be a fun one to listen to, and even some classical stuff like The Planets, et cetera.

I heard a Spanish version of the dreaded 5th Symphony. They turned it into a Tango, with Vinny Caliouto on drums. I have no idea why Beethoven didn't think of that.

Twinchicky

That sounds like a terrible and yet absolutely fantastic idea...
