I don't really understand why he resigned. The position is pretty much closed, and as far as I can see, your other bishop, which you had more,and you couldn't really attack his king..
Bah, that was a weak resignation! I'm suprised he never took the option of the queen trade, considering your predominant use of it.
You played well. A couple nice tactics. However, you shouldn't generally offer queen trades when you're losing by a pawn. Also, the second queen trade offer would've given him the B file by way of 38.Qxb3 Bxb3 39.Rb1 (Rb8? 40.Nc1).
I don't think his resignation was premature necessarily but he should've lasted it out especially in an 8/3.

White missed a great opportunity to rip open the Black position with an early e4, which is why in the Dutch (1. d4 f5 2. Nc3, which this is by transposition) Black plays 2 ... d5 and stops e4 altogether.
