A disappointing draw in the Colle-Zukertort Phoenix Attack

Drawing this game annoyed me because I felt like I had a superior position basically throughout. And in post-game analysis, Stockfish agreed: it had me at least += right up until the drawn endgame hit its search horizon. So, aside from the missed tactical shot on move 18, and the minor inaccuracy on move 23, what could I have done to make black's life harder?

It looks drawish to me already by the 24th move, almost the same as your ending position: both players' bishops are hemmed in, rooks will soon be traded off, and the pawn structures are balanced and almost symmetrical. I probably would have doubled rooks with 24. Rac1, with minor threats like Re7 threatening Bxe5 or maybe Rdd7 to double rooks on the 7th rank (after protecting against a back rank mate threat), but after 24...f6 I don't see that White can get any advantage.
