A way to play vs AI from before I screwed up?

Is there a way when I look through my game and continue vs AI after the game is finished.
Say I blunder my queen at some point but would find it intressting to complete that game from the position before I blundered vs AI. Is it doable?
Also, is there a way to drill openings vs AI with some efficiency? Trying to find ways to make my training more efficient than just solving puzzles and playing games..
