However if I use my desktop version it works. But I play on Ipad or other devices without a mouse.

Analysis seems to be a bit wacky.

It would seem that pretty much any move that didn't put rook and king on the same diagonal would have been preferable.

Maybe your Browser is blocking the Pop-up window in which the analysis takes place. That was happenned to me until I discovered the tiny icon indicating the blocked pop-ups.. (in Safari on the Mac it's an annoyingly small icon on the right in the URL Bar 
)

So it turns out my school's wifi has a blocker that only allows me to use some features on chess.com. you might be having the same problem, but I don't know.

why do I pay for a membership when most of the time the analysis won't appear and stucks?
As a diamond member, I'd expect a functional website.
My analyses tabs are gone on all devices so it cannot be cache. no tabs for explore (openings, etc. Gone. poog, tried Ipad, I phone and android app.
