Analyzing not possible

I want to analyze my recent games but the tool just keeps loading forever. Is this due to the increase in players on chess.com or a bug? I'm considering switching to Lichess as server stability and such problems keep happening here. :/

update: seems to work sporadically but this is just not good enough for a paid service

I've never had an issue with analysis loading. Do you have any plugins or add-ons that could be interfering?

I have the same issue... The analysis simply does not load when I try to play moves that are not in the line of game

EDIT:

In the settings of the analysis, I did not have an engine selected. I selected an engine and refreshed the page as well as changed some of the other settings and it now works as I wanted it to.

I don't have any plugins installed that could be preventing the site from refreshing or something of that kind. It happens on mobile and on my Laptop/PC. Also, checkmates in a live game are only recognized after 2-3 seconds which is why I think the servers are under too heavy loads/the hardware doesn't support as many new players as there currently are. If this is true, I'd expect chess.com to upgrade their hardware ASAP as there are free alternatives that don't have any of these issues. Maybe this is just a Europe /Germany specific problem, though.

Chess.com server broke

I'm sorry but chess.com is literally completely useless for me now... 18€/month down the drain

No consistent/quick analyzing, no courses, no databases for endgame training, "unsolved puzzles" loads a brand new board instead of the puzzle position, live games won't register a checkmate... What can I still use here besides all of that? I understand that it's hard to keep the servers up for so many users but there are also still many paying members that would like to see their money well invested in the infrastructure.
