do you want general advice or move by move criticism
for general advice on move 9 ish the plan for white is actually something like Na4, b3, c4, Ba3 Nimzo-indian style

I’d say general for the most part as I can analyze move by move on my own.

good im glad you can analyze game !!!! wow !!!
ok seriously though i think your problems were opening problems
of course you could have always played better but just terrible plan in general going into the middlegame
as someone who plays this very line in the Grand Prix, trade the bishops off. take back with queen, play nc6 be7 nf6. This becomes much more reliant on positional and tactical play, which you should be strong in at 2100.
what bishop where when
also moon was white
As white, don't play Bb5+. it just isn't good if black plays either nc6 or Bd7. just play nf6, d4 is good for you because it closes the position, which is what you want in the grand prix. Other than that I have no clue about this game.
Worry more about positional chess. Tactics are important, but as the baseball saying says "Hitting wins games but defense wins championships", the same can be said for chess. "Tactics wins games but positions win championships." Think about getting into good positions rather than worrying about pretty tactics.

Bb5+ is the best move tho… at least when I studied.

In praxis it becomes hard to play for white. Grand Prix positions become very loose if not played correctly.
- don't like trading bishop x knight early with 0 benefit
- I did not understand 10.Nh4, though it worked
- 20.Qh3 why?
Ive been tilting lately and this game is a perfect example of a lot of my games. I get hung up on a. Tactic such as Rb8 and spend way to much time trying to make it work when it doesn’t.
